Collaborative Effort Leads To Arrest Of Escapee 2/20/14

(MIDLAND, Texas) – Wednesday, Fabian Nava 32, was arrested by the Dallas Police Department, USMS North Texas Task Force-Dallas and the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force-Midland.
The Dallas USMS, Dallas Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Dallas DHS ERO, Midland HSI, the North Texas USMS Fast Task Force, Midland USMS Task Force, Dallas P.D. and the Texas Department of Public Safety developed information from multiple sources that Nava was in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
Nava was ultimately located hiding in an apartment attic in the Five Points area of Dallas, Texas.
Nava was taken into custody for Escape and Federal Supervised Release Violation.
Nava’s bond was set at $1,000,000.
