CORPUS CHRISTIó Investigators in Wyoming have arrested the brother-in-law of a South Texas woman found shot to death in her house.
Laramie County, Wyo., jail records show Tommy Caughman (KAHF'-muhn) was being held Thursday for officers in Texas.
Nueces (nyoo-AY'-sis) County Sheriff Jim Kaelin says Caughman was arrested Wednesday in Cheyenne, Wyo., and faces a murder charge.
