Heart Disease On The Rise Among Young Adults 2/8/14

ODESSA-Many people, especially younger adults, are beginning to develop some form of heart disease.
Congestive heart failure, or what many refer to as a “silent disease,” is one of many types of heart conditions that are being diagnosed more frequently among young adults.
Hospital officials state that this condition differs from a heart attack or bypass, and often time there may be individuals living with this condition who don’t realize it.
Tonight at 10, we’ll hear from a teacher who suffers with congestive heart failure, and a Registered Nurse specializing in heart disease, who wants to educate people on how to detect and prevent this illness.
