Body Found at "La Kiva" Restaurant In Terlingua, Man In Custody Charged with Murder 02/04/14 Update: 8:41 p.m.
UPDATE: 8:41 p.m.: Brewster County Sheriff’s Department confirms Tony Flint of Terlingua has been arrested in connection with the death of Glen Patrick Felts, owner of the La Kiva Bar.
Felts was found dead earlier today in the parking lot of the business. Flint has been charged with murder in the first degree.

Brewster County Sheriff's Office confirms the person found dead at "La Kiva" was owner Glen Felts.
Investigators have told CBS 7 that it is officially a murder investigation. They also said Felts' body was found in the restaurant at approximately 8 a.m. by a kitchen worker. The worker initially believed the body was that of a passed-out patron, but soon after realized that it was Felts. Then worker then called 9-1-1 at around 9 a.m.
TERLINGUA, TX - Brewster County Sheriff Ronny Dodson confirms that one body has been found at the popular restaurant "La Kiva" in Terlingua. The Sheriff says they are investigating foul play and is calling the situation suspicious. He would not confirm the identity of the deceased.
Deputies are conducting interviews at the scene.
