Aggravated Assault at Fast Eddies in Odessa 1/21/14
On January 20th at approximately 2201 hours, while patrolling the 4000 block of East 42nd, officers heard shots fired coming from the parking lot of Fast Eddies. Officers made contact with several witnesses, who reported that an older model tan vehicle had shot several rounds at them. Officers immediately placed an attempt to locate on the listed vehicle through dispatch.
Officers made contact with five victims, who reported they had been robbed at gunpoint by three suspects. The suspects made off with an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the scene in the listed vehicle. The suspects were described as three black males, one wearing a red shirt and ball cap and one wearing a green or blue shirt with a collar.
At approximately 2209 hours, while patrolling the area of Yukon and East Loop 338, officers observed a Tan Mercury Grand marquis, occupied by three black males. A traffic stop was conducted at Yukon and Austin Street. Officers searched the listed vehicle and located multiple handguns.
Witnesses then came to the scene and positively identified all three male subjects as the same suspects who committed the aggravated robbery. The three suspects were identified as Adrian Allen Atchison DOB 4-14-92, Talvis Diamond Redic DOB 7-23-87 and Brian Jerome Williams DOB 7-26-90.
All three subjects were transported to the police station and interviewed by detectives. Based on the facts and circumstances found during the investigation, all three subjects were each charged with five counts of Aggravated Robbery, a 1st Degree Felony. There were no reports of any injuries.
