Changes could be on the way for Stanton ISD.
According to Superintendent David Carr, the school board has been discussing the possibility of calling for a bond in February.
The board has talked about putting a bond on the May ballot for a new High School building and new additions to the existing Elementary and Junior High Schools.
Three months ago the school board began discussing options with architects and engineers. Depending on how much the board decides they want to accomplish with the bond money, they could call for 25 to 35 million dollars.
This bond will be discussed at tonight's school board meeting. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m.
