ANDREWS-The City of Andrews voted yesterday to approve a plant to treat arsenic and fluoride in their water.
Officials say the plant is expected to cost around $5 million from the city and will get chemical levels in line with state requirements.
The city was previously within state-mandated levels, but those levels were changed in the last few years.
