That's one in four U-S children, and even more concerning is that girls are getting far less exercise than boys. We talked with Abby Magness, Fitness Director at Misson Fitness who said parents provide the role model for parents when it comes to working out. She said it does not have to be vigorous activity, but you just need to get up and get moving.
