Controversy Rises in Ector County Regarding Junked Vehicles 1/7/14

WEST ODESSA-Ector County is looking to clean up their community and plan to do so by enforcing a law that's been in effect for years.
The law requires cars that aren't running to be out of public view, or have an enclosed fence installed.
Some residents aren’t happy about this law, and say they moved to the county to be able to keep their front yards as they please. While other resident say it’s about time the County starts making people clean up their “junk.”
