Sunny skies are expected across the area today. However, the temperature will remain cooler in the wake of a cold front that moved through the area on Wednesday night. Expect a northerly wind for much of the day. Highs will top out in the upper 40ís to around 50 for most of the region.
Cold temperatures are expected tonight. Overnight lows will dip into the mid 20ís under clear skies. Winds will shift to the south but will increase as we move into Friday.
A warming trend is expected to get underway Friday into Saturday. Highs will top out in the mid 50ís on Friday and will approach 70 on Saturday. A few clouds will drift into the region on Saturday, but strong southwesterly winds will keep the temperatures warm.
A strong cold front will move into the area on Saturday night. This will bring a few days of much cooler air on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Highs will struggle to get out of the 30ís and overnight lows will drop into the teenís early next week.
