Pacers Try to Rebound 12/20/13

Indiana tries to right things tonight but will have a challenge at home against Houston. The Indiana losing streak started with its first home loss of the season Monday night against Detroit.
The Dwight Howard led Rockets are fully capable of continuing the Pacers' woes. Houston takes a 17-9 mark into tonight's contest, good for second place behind San Antonio in the Southwest Division.
Miami is coming off a comeback win over Indiana Wednesday night. The Heat can actually pull into a tie with the Pacers for the best record in the Eastern Conference with a home win over Sacramento and a Pacers loss to Houston. The Kings head into Miami anchored in the basement of the Pacific Division with a 7-17 mark.
Phoenix's charge to the top of the Pacific Division hit a bump with a loss at home to the Spurs earlier this week, snapping the Suns' five-game winning streak. Phoenix tries to get back to its winning ways at Denver tonight. The Suns are just 2 1-2 games back of the Clippers for the division lead.
The Lakers will be back to playing without Kobe Bryant tonight when they host Minnesota. The star guard suffered a knee injury Tuesday night against Memphis and is sidelined for about six weeks. Bryant made his season debut just 10 days ago after recovering from a torn Achilles tendon.
