Several Reeves Co. Seats Up for Election 12/12/13

Pecos – Several Reeves County seats up for election will be contested.
New challengers filed for both the Reeves County Judge and county commissioner’s positions.
The race for county judge got its second challenger in Victor Tarin, who will be running against incumbent Dr. W.J. Bang and Kenneth Russell in the Democratic primary on March 4th.
Hector Rodriguez Carrasco filed Monday for the Reeves County Commissioner Precinct 4 seat. He’ll be running against incumbent Tony Trujillo.
John T. Prewit has filed to run for the commissioner Precinct 2 seat, currently held by Kyle Taylor. The two will also be running against Louise Moore for the seat.
Another position that will be contested is Justice of the Peace Precinct 1. Kris Terrazas will be running against Roger W. Harrison.
The primary is set for March 4th.
