While some West Texas cities are dealing with water and power issues during this winter weather, potholes are plaguing the streets of Fort Stockton.
According to City Manager Rafael Castillo, freezing rain has made it increasingly difficult to keep up with potholes and street repairs. He says road crews are out everyday working to patch the holes.
Castillo says the city plans to spend around 15 thousand dollars a year on repair materials. He believes those supplies should last them the whole winter.
