Stanton Man Charged with Wire Fraud 11/2/13

A 41-year-old Stanton man has been charged with wire fraud in connection with a scheme that saw Odessa’s standard sales lose more than $800,000.
Salvador Rosa Garza Jr. Is charged with falsifying information on at least two different occasions.
According to the indictment obtained by the Odessa American, Garza represented he delivered a certain amount of fuel two days in December of last year even though he did not deliver that amount of fuel.
If convicted, Garza could face up to 20 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a $250,000 fine.
