Letter Reveals More Details About Voting Process For Possible CAF Headquarters Move 11/2/13

A recent letter is revealing new details about the possible move of the Commemorative Air Force headquarters out of the Permian Basin.
The letter was sent to CAF members by Neils Agather, a squadron leader.
It states that less than half of the absentee ballots have been returned.
Also in the letter he writes the Midland-based High Sky Wing, the CAF Museum, and Airsho will remain in Midland.
