Upton County Shooter's Son Caught 10/4/13 UPDATED: 12:30PM

The Upton Sheriff's Department tells CBS 7 that the man who made threats causing lock downs across Upton County, has been caught.
Zane Green, son of Gary Green, the man accused of shooting and killing an Upton County Sheriff's deputy late Wednesday night, is in custody.
No word yet on what charges he faces.

Rankin ISD Superintendent Danny Davis tells CBS 7 that they decided to let their students out at noon after the Courthouse closed because of the threat. Buses will run at noon, parents may come pick up their kids.
McCamey High School administration office confirms they are on lockdown. Students were going to be let out at noon, however administrators do not believe it is safe at this time. Students will now be released at 3:30pm.
CBS 7 News is receiving reports that multiple schools in Upton County have been placed on lockdown as well as other businesses and government offices following a threat from the son of Gary Green, the man accused of killing an Upton County Sheriff's Deputy late Wednesday night.
We have confirmed that Rankin will be releasing students at noon today.
Our partners at the Odessa American report that McCamey ISD Business Manager Gail Molder said, "We have been alerted that the shooter's son wanted to come settle the score for his father."
