Eunice Burglary Arrests 10/1/13
Eunice Police Department
On October 1, 2013, officers of the Eunice Police Department located two suspects associated with multiple burglaries which had taken place in Eunice, New Mexico.
35-year-old Cheo M. Noble and 25-year-old Nathan D. Garcia of Eunice were arrested Tuesday at approximately 2 PM.
The arrests were a culmination of several months of police work conducted by Eunice Police Officers led by Detective Casey Arcidez.
The Eunice Police Department has been active in the enforcement of property theft and related violations and has taken an aggressive approach to dealing with violators.
Two juveniles were linked to numerous property thefts from unlocked vehicles last month and the Eunice Police Department is in the process of obtaining warrants for other suspects involved in local thefts.
Member(s) of the group are suspected of entering homes when the owners were away and taking various items.
Items that were stolen included several large flat screen televisions, jewelry, a tablet PC, prescription pills, and others.
It is believed that members of the group transported most of the items to Hobbs, where it was sold.
Some of the properties, including a large television, have been recovered at a residence in Hobbs by Eunice Police Officers.
The Eunice Police Department also has an outstanding warrant for Kimberly Motes of Eunice, New Mexico due to her involvement with this group.
