Odessa, TX- According to officials at the Midland and Ector County courthouse there’s an increase in warrants for failure to appear in court.
Law enforcement says it can be difficult or tedious to serve a subpoena to the violator because many have several different jobs in the oilfield industry located at job sights far from the county. Judges in both cities say there is at least a 25 percent increase from last year.
