UPDATE: Federal Agents Crack Down on Counterfeit Merchandise Sales 9/6/13

Update 11:20 a.m.:
The FBI, US Immigration and Custom's Enforcement (ICE) and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) arrested three people after going through merchandise at their kiosk's in the Odessa mall.
In a morning news conference, officials tell us the year-long investigation culminated in the arrest of Javed Iqbal Raja, Raja Zafar Iqbal and Muhammad Asif Raza all charged with trafficking in counterfeit goods or services.
"The items that were counterfeit were earrings, necklaces, wallets, cellphones and accessories," said Special Agent in Charge for Homeland Security Investigations Dennis Ulrich.
No word yet on the value of the counterfeit items seized from the eight kiosks.
The U.S. Attorney's office is investigating an Odessa business.
Late last night, Federal Agents were seen going through the merchandise at several kiosks in the Odessa mall.
Dozens of agents were on location for several hours. Several people were questioned and we know at least one person was taken into custody.
The FBI tells us this is part of a one year investigation, with more details forthcoming.
