Mostly clear skies are expected across the region this morning. An increase in clouds is expected later in the day. Highs will top out in the mid 90’s for most of the area this afternoon. A slight chance of isolated thunderstorms will be in the offing for the southern half of the area today. Locations along and north of I-20 will mostly likely see dry conditions.
A steady drop in the high temperatures is expected through the weekend and much of next week. Expect highs in the lower 90’s as we head into the weekend and next week. Each day will be partly cloudy.
A slight increase in rain chances could be possible late next week.
