Seminole School District Looks for Bus Drivers 8/22/13
Seminole School District is looking for bus drives. With the school growing every year, routes are changing and/or growing.
Superintendent Doug Harriman says that since the district is about 900 square miles, it's tough to find people to drive those long hours. He said some can be as long as four and five hours long including the return trip. He also said unfortunately the school can't compete with the oil field money.
So far, most of the positions are filled for short term, but they are looking for more people for long term.
