West Texas Teacher Accused of Sex With Student 08/02/13

MULESHOE, Texas - A West Texas high school teacher has been indicted after she was accused of having sexual contact with a 14-year-old student.
A Bailey County grand jury indicted 25-year-old Morgan Shea Marricle on Wednesday.
The Muleshoe High School English teacher is charged with having an improper relationship between an educator and student. If convicted of the second-degree felony, she could receive from two to 20 years in prison.
She has since resigned from her teaching position but says she is not guilty of wrongdoing. She remains free on bond.
Muleshoe is just east of Clovis, N.M., along the Texas-New Mexico border.
