OPD: Juvenile Crimes Triple During Summer Months in 2012 6/25/13

Odessa - Crimes involving juveniles during the summer months are up significantly compared to the rest of the year.
According to the Odessa Police Department, in 2012, curfew violations tripled and narcotic incidents doubled during the summer months.
OPD says in cases regarding curfew, the kids were released to their parents or legal guardians.
In most of the narcotic cases, most of them were arrested on possession charges.
