Montimere To Be Released From Prison 05/02/13

ODESSA, TX - A former Permian High basketball player convicted of lying about his age and sexually assaulting two minors will be released from prison next week. According to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Guerdwich Montimere is scheduled to be released on May 13th. Montimere was convicted in 2011 in Ector County on two counts of sexual assault of a child and three counts of tampering with government records.
The 25-year-old was discovered in 2009 posing as a 16-year-old basketball player at Permian High. Montimere was also accused of having sex with a minor.
