Expect another breezy day across West Texas. Winds will be out of the southwest at 15-25mph. Highs will range anywhere from the mid 80ís in the mountains to near 100 along the Rio Grande. Most metro locations in the Permian Basin will check in right around 90 this afternoon. A Red Flag warning is in effect for the afternoon and evening.
Breezy winds will again impact the area tomorrow. However, the temperatures will not be near as warm. Expect a high in the lower to mid 80ís on Tuesday and a few extra clouds.
A cold front will move through the area on Tuesday night. This will bring temperatures way down for the middle of the week. Expect a high in the mid to upper 50ís on Wednesday afternoon. It appears that a light freeze isnít out of the question for locations in the northern parts of the area on Thursday morning.
A pretty steady warming trend is expected late in the week.
