MOTOR MPO Kicking Off Public Workshops On Transportation Planning 4/29/13

PERMIAN BASIN-Motor MPO will begin a series of community meetings aimed at gathering input on plans for the future of transportation in our area.
"Citizens are invited to attend any of the eight public workshops scheduled to discuss travel patterns, safety, congestion, public transit, bike/pedestrian pathways and funding. Planning officials want to know the publicís problems, patterns and perception of transportation in our community," according to a City of Odessa release.
The public workshops are scheduled for 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.:
Monday, April 1 at Sherwood Community Center, 4819 North Everglade
Tuesday, April 2 at Woodson Community Center, 1020 East Murphy
Tuesday, April 16 at Slator Community Center, 1001 West 38th Street
Thursday, April 18 at Kellus Turner Community Center, 2261 West Sycamore Drive
Wednesday, May 22 at Atmos Energy Fischer Community Room, 2304 Loop 40, Midland
