Two Men Taken Into Police Custody UPDATE 4:55 PM 3/27/13

Two men are in custody after a reported robbery at the World Finance located at 36th and Dixie. The victim reported to police that two men wearing masks entered the business armed with a handgun and demanded money. The clerk handed over an undetermined amount of currency. The suspects left the store and a witness observed the suspects enter a red Dodge pick-up. The witness followed the pick-up until police caught up to it in the area of 21st and Bonham. In an attempt to elude officers, the suspect crashed into an unoccupied vehicle parked in a driveway at 21st and Bonham.
The suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Odessa Police Department. Fortunately no one was injured during this incident.
Jeremy Ramos, DOB 07-11-1991, charged with aggravated robbery, felony 1st degree
Anthony Bernal, DOB 05-24-1985, charged with aggravated robbery, felony 1st degree.
Both subjects are pending transport to the Ector County Law Enforcement Center.
ODESSA – A short chase came to an end on the 1700 block of Bonham when two people were taken into custody after reportedly wearing ski masks and armed with handguns.
The two men were driving a red truck.
Police tell CBS 7 that they are doing a “show up,” which is when police bring a victim of a witness to the suspects in order to make an ID.
