Goodell: No Post-Season Additions Now 3/19/13

PHOENIX - The NFL will not be adding teams to the playoffs this season, but still is discussing an expanded postseason.
Commissioner Roger Goodell (guh-DEHL') says that the league's competition committee has looked into adding teams to the playoffs, and the topic will be discussed at this week's owners meetings. However, he says any adds won't happen this year.
Currently, twelve of the 32 teams make the playoffs, including all eight division winners.
Goodell also calls it "unacceptable" to ask a college player at the scouting combine any questions about his sexual orientation, as several players have indicated. Goodell says the league will make clear to the team at this week's owners meetings what can and can't be asked of the prospects.
