Energy Related Properties Reveals Plans for Midland Downtown High-Rise 3/15/13

MIDLAND - Energy Related Properties announced its plans to build Energy Tower at City Center in place of the Old Courthouse.
The announcement comes on the heels of the city council's purchase of the old courthouse for $2.2 million.
The 58-story tower will offer office space, residential, retail an expo center and entertainment center.
It is slated to be completed by 2016.
