Cold Fronts To Bring Ups And Downs This Week. 3/18/13

Expect a week of ups and downs in the temperature forecast.. Today will be a bit cooler as a north wind this morning keeps temperatures from warming too quickly. However, highs will be far from cold. Expect a high in the neighborhood of 70 to 80 across a large part of the area. A few locations in the Presidio Valley will see highs in the lower 90’s. Winds will calm a bit into the evening hours and will shift to the south by tomorrow.
Look for a high in the lower 80’s on Tuesday under partly cloudy skies.
A cold front will drop into the area on Wednesday. This will bring highs down into the 60’s. A 30% chance of thunderstorms is expected along the front as it moves through Wednesday afternoon.
Temperatures will bounce back into the 80’s on Thursday as the atmosphere warms in response to another cold front that will move into the area on Friday. Friday’s highs will only make it into the 60’s. This trend will continue into the weekend with highs in the 50’s and 60’s on Saturday and Sunday.
