New Scholarship Fund Started at SUL Ross University 3/17/13

Alpine - One west Texas family is doing everything they can to make sure high schoolers have a chance at a higher education.
The Rudolfo and Sylvia Urby Scholarship Endowment will provide money to Del Rio High School graduates who attend SUL Ross University.
The number and amount of the scholarship will be determined by the university and scholarship committee.
