The Egg and I Opened Today and Joined The Children's Miracle Network to Raise Funds 3/17/13

East Odessa - The Egg & I Breakfast & Lunch restaurant opened for a private guest invite. The restaurant corporation fit their meal in return of donations to The Children’s Miracle Network.
“Today was just a guest invite pre opening. We’re proudly sponsoring The Children’s Miracle Network. So all the donations & proceeds go towards them,” says General Manager, Deepak Patel.
The new location is on of the 30 restaurants the corporation is planning in opening every year. They say some of the markets in consideration are Abeline, Amarillo and San Angelo. Midlanders will also have a store before the year ends.
The Children’s Miracle Network Director says these donations help in many ways.
“There is a lot of different equipment and training that we are able to support the hospital and just give back to the community,” says Network Director, Bridgette Meyers.
