PORTLAND, Maine - A shipyard worker faces up to 19 years in prison when he's expected to plead guilty today to setting fire to the USS Miami.
Casey James Fury admits setting the May 23 fire while the nuclear submarine was in dry dock at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine.
The blaze caused $450 million in damage.
