Odessa Police say an Odessa man who was reported missing is safe and sound.
Police tell CBS 7 that 30-year-old Adam Neal Ruiz came to the Odessa Police Department and said he was fine.
Ruiz was reported as missing after his family said he left for work Monday and reportedly never showed up.
No other information was given about where he was or what happened.

The Odessa Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Adam Neal Ruiz, of Odessa. Ruiz is a Hispanic male, 30 years of age, 6’0”, 187 lbs., with blue eyes and dark brown hair. He was last seen wearing brown/green thermal long sleeve shirt, light blue jeans with bleach stains and white/black Adidias. Ruiz left for work the morning of 3/11/2013 at 0730 hours and reportedly did not show up. Ruiz drives a gold over tan 1998 Chevrolet Silverado with big tires and a tool box.
