Ector County Couple's Lawsuit Against South Texas Mechanic Reinstated 3/12/13

Galveston - An Ector County couple's lawsuit against a Southeast Texas mechanic has been reinstated.
According to the Southeast Texas Record, Tamika and Justin Dalton's lawsuit that was first filed in September 2012 against Steve McClure has been reopened.
The suit was reinstated exactly a week after it was dismissed.
The Daltons say McClure swindled them out of $20,000 concerning repairs to their 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle.
The record states that McClure was paid, but didn't finish the repairs to the car.
