Midland - Midland ISD is working to drastically increase the number of classroom teachers and rearrange the principals for every campus.

In a recent newsletter, Superintendent Dr. Ryder Warren recommends the rededication of a large portion of their revenue to go towards salary increases for all MISD staff members, with a particular focus on our classroom teachers.

Dr warren also met with all twenty-four elementary principals.

Principal assignments for the 2013-14 school year will be based on this analysis of their strengths and the needs of our twenty-four campuses.
