Fundraiser For Neglected Dogs Found in Marfa 3/9/13

Marfa - Two Marfa neighbors that discovered more than 20 dogs barricaded inside a trailer will host a fundraiser to help the pets.
Grand Companions, a no-kill shelter in Fort Davis, took the dogs into their custody.
Officials say that they will spend more than $20,000 to nurse the animals back to health.
Several fundraisers will be held this weekend.
On Sunday there will be a brisket sale at planet Marfa at 12 pm - 5 pm.
On Monday, proceeds from Padres will go to towards the shelter.
