Terror Leader Due in Court 3/8/13

WASHINGTON - A senior al-Qaida leader who also was Osama bin Laden's son-in-law is set to appear in a federal court in Manhattan this morning to answer to allegedly plotting against Americans.
Prosecutors say Sulaiman Abu Ghaith, who was captured over the last week in Jordan, appeared with bin Laden the day after the Sept. 11 attacks, and called for Muslims to do battle against Jews, Christians and Americans.
