Police Say Houston Man Killed Wife, Then Himself 3/4/13

HOUSTON (AP) - Houston police say a 37-year-old man shot and killed his wife
while she was working as a security guard at a Houston warehouse, then killed
himself.
Houston Police Department investigator C. Abbondanbolo told the Houston
Chronicle (http://bit.ly/Z7ou71 ) Carl Jackson drove an 18-wheeler into the
warehouse entrance at around 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. He says Jackson got out of
the truck and chased his wife, 31-year-old Helen Jackson. He fired several shots
at her.
Helen Jackson died at the scene.
Her husband then got back into the semi-trailer and fled. Police say they
located Carl Jackson, but he refused to talk to them. While they waited for a
SWAT team to arrive, Carl Jackson shot himself. Police say he died at the scene.
