MIDLAND – Midlanders made it to the theatre this afternoon for Shrek The Musical. The festival which took place at the Midland Community Theatre gathered nearly 400 fans.
Midland Community Theatre is the first in the nation to produce Shrek the Musical. There the children had the chance to make the gingerbread man and sit thru the musical.
Theatre officials say people will have plenty of time to attend.
“MCT just extended our run of Shrek The Musical thru March 23. We have two weekends, so if you are going to be in town greatly give us a call. It’s going to be a great time,” said MCT Managing Director, Ryan Loyd.
The theatre will also show Boeing Boeing, a hilarious play directed by James Moore starting this Match 9th. For more information go to mctmidland.org.
