Fugitive In Custody After Winkler County Sting 3/1/13

KERMIT-Calvin Wayne Haynes was caught in Winkler County today in a joint effort between the Sheriff's Department and U.S. Marshalls.
Haynes was taken into custody without at M and M trucking in Kermit. He is wanted for violating a protective order on a sexual assault case.
The operation was kept under wraps while officials tried to locate Haynes. There were reports that he was armed.
"He pulled into the parking lot and the U.S. Marshall service and Winkler County sheriff office arrested him without interest," Keely said.
