City of Andrews Conducting Warning Siren Test 2/28/13

ANDREWS - The City of Andrews will be conducting an "Ariel Siren Test", which will take place today around 5 P.M. and will last from 3-10 minutes.
The system, which will be used solely for Tornado Warnings, is tested twice-a-year during the months of February and August.
Normally, the siren would mean severe weather is in the area and people should seek shelter.
