Presidio County Sheriff Rounds Up Abused Pets, Charges Pending 2/27/13

CBS 7 has confirmed through Presidio County Sheriff Danny Dominguez that his office is currently rounding up pets left behind by what neighbors have called an animal hoarder.
Sheriff Dominguez says charges are pending for the owner of the property where the animals were found but that no arrests have been made because the man responsible is believed to be in Odessa.
CBS 7 is told the Sheriff is currently trying to find a shelter for the large number of animals left behind.
