MIDLAND, TX - Midland City Council has voted for City staff to begin the process of annexing land into the City for a new housing development. The 105 acre area is located west of the Betenbough development near the sports complex. Midland City Councilman John James says developer D.R. Horton is planning to build new homes in that area.
