MIDLAND - The City of Midland will accept bids for a traffic flow study.
The Midland City Council approved the measure this morning.
Transportation Manager Gary Saunders says the study will focus on the traffic flow in Downtown Midland.
He says one thing the study will consider is whether one-way streets in Downtown Midland still make sense with recent increases in traffic flow. The study will determine if changing some one-ways in downtown will help traffic congestion.
