High Winds and Winter Weather Ravage West Texas 2/25/13

Monday morning and afternoon has seen high winds causing major problems across West Texas. From power outages and accidents, here is what we know right now:
- Nearly 600 area customers are without power
- 18-Wheeler rollover 18 miles west of Andrews
- 18-Wheeler rollover outside of Stanton. No injuries
- Power lines down in several areas of Midland and Odessa
- Wind is breaking windows in Downtown Midland Buildings
