4-Car Collision, Viewers Report Power Outage, Most Restored 2/23/13

Most of the blocked roads around the area of the crash have been opened. City crews are working to put up temporary stop signs at the intersection.
According to the Oncor website, only 27 customers remain without power at this time.

UPDATE: 10:30 PM
According to the Oncor website anywhere from 1,000 to 20,000 customers may be without power at this time.
Oncor says they are looking to restore power by midnight.

ODESSA - City Police confirm a 4-vehicle collision on 2nd St. and West County Rd.
According to scanner reports, a vehicle has hit a pole causing the pileup.
West County Road has been blocked off according to city police.
Scanner reports and viewers say power is out in the area, no word if it is related to the crash.
