ST. LOUIS - As much as a foot of snow could pile up in parts of the nation's heartland - from Colorado through Illinois.
Forecasters say the storm is moving a bit slower than first expected, but that it's "starting to get back together."
More than a half foot of snow is already on the ground in the western Kansas town of Rozel.
