Big Spring Police Investigating Body Found Beaten to Death as Homicide 2/21/13

Big Spring – Daniel Flores was found by family members sitting in the passenger seat of an old vehicle on the family property.
The initial investigation revealed that Flores had come home late Sunday night/early Monday and that he had been assaulted.
A family member told Police that Flores had been beaten up and had obvious injuries.
The victim was taken to Lubbock and determined that Flores died from serious internal injuries that were the result of the assault.
BSPD say the location of the assault is undetermined at this time.
They are in the process of interviewing witnesses. The investigation is ongoing.
