MIDLAND, TX - Land is being prepared for a new apartment complex. According to the City of Midland, The Wadely Avenue Apartments are being built on a plat of land near Buffalo Wild Wings off Wadely. City officials say Weidner Properties is building the complex that should offer 290 units.
